As a common industrial product, hot melt adhesive machine also needs some maintenance items, so as to extend the service life of the equipment. At ordinary times, the hot melt glue machine maintenance needs to pay attention to the following items:

1. Before the maintenance and repair of the hot melt glue machine, the power supply of the glue machine must be completely cut off to prevent electric shock accidents;

2. Only qualified personnel can maintain the hot melt adhesive machine;

3. Wear safety gloves, goggles and long sleeve clothes to avoid scalding when maintaining parts with electric heating;

4. When loosening or installing the pressure joint, make sure that the operating pressure of the hot melt adhesive machine has been reduced to zero;

5. When cleaning the hot melt glue barrel, do not use flame or sharp tools to avoid scratching the inner surface of the glue barrel;

6. In case of air leakage and glue leakage, it is absolutely forbidden to continue to operate the hot melt glue machine;

Basically, if the usual maintenance can do the above, the service life of the machine can be increased by at least 20%.
